# What to Do When You See a 404 / "Oops! Something went wrong." Error?

This is usually a temporary network or browser issue. Please try refreshing the page first, or retry in incognito/private mode, and temporarily disable ad blockers or privacy extensions. If you are using a wallet's built-in browser, try opening the page in Safari or Chrome instead. If the issue persists, please contact our support team at [support@stablepay.co](mailto:support@stablepay.co) and provide a screenshot along with the time the error occurred.
