# We couldn't connect to your wallet

Please unlock your wallet and confirm the connection request within your wallet. If the connection still fails, try using WalletConnect, switching to a different browser or wallet, or disabling browser extensions that block pop-ups or tracking. If the issue persists, please contact customer support and provide: wallet name, device type, screenshot, and timestamp.
