Branding Settings lets merchants configure core brand elements once in the StablePay Portal and apply them across StablePay-hosted customer-facing surfaces.
This feature is useful when you want customers to more clearly recognize your business while paying, viewing invoices, or receiving related communications. It helps create a more consistent and trusted experience without requiring merchants to rebuild hosted payment surfaces themselves.
Merchants can currently configure:
Logo: your full brand logo
Background: the main branded background color
Button: the primary button and CTA color
Changes first appear in preview and only go live after the merchant clicks Save changes.
Where branding appears
Branding Settings applies to StablePay-hosted customer-facing surfaces, including:
- Stablecoin Checkout
- Payment Links pay page
- Subscription checkout
- Hosted Invoice Payment Page
- Invoice PDF
- customer-facing related email touchpoints
If your business uses multiple StablePay products, this helps keep checkout, billing, and communication surfaces visually aligned.

When to set it up
Branding Settings is best configured before going live, especially when:
- you want Hosted Checkout to feel more like your own branded payment page
- you send invoices, invoice PDFs, or payment links to customers
- you want consistent branding across hosted pages and customer emails
Important notes
- This release focuses on core brand elements, not a full theme system
- It does not currently support custom fonts, layouts, border radius, copy, or page-level overrides
- Branding Settings is configured in the Portal and does not require API integration
