StablePay availability depends on merchant onboarding, payer location, sanctions screening, product configuration, and compliance review. This page summarizes shared regional and compliance rules across StablePay products.
Availability overview
| Area | Availability |
|---|
| Customers / payers | Global, excluding sanctioned and restricted countries or regions |
| Merchants | Global, subject to business verification, KYC/KYB, and StablePay approval |
| Settlement | USDT / USDC, subject to account configuration |
StablePay does not provide payment services to payers in Mainland China. StablePay also blocks restricted regions according to sanctions and compliance requirements.
Merchant onboarding
Merchants must complete the required business verification before production payment processing. Requirements can include legal entity information, beneficial ownership, business model review, and supported region checks.
Product and region limits
Regional availability can affect:
- Whether a payer can open and complete checkout.
- Which wallets, networks, or tokens are available.
- Which settlement and refund options are enabled.
- Whether a product can be used in test mode only or production mode.
Test and production environments
Test environments are intended for integration validation and may not reflect every production compliance control. Production availability is based on the merchant’s approved account configuration and StablePay’s live compliance rules.
